What will you be doing?
- Support account opening, KYC/AML checks, and compliance requirements.

- Create market commentary, educational articles, and product-related content tailored for traders.
- Collaborate with design and digital marketing teams to deliver engaging multimedia content.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
What will you be doing?
- Platform & Exposure Monitoring: Oversee trading stability, client risk (margins, liquidations), and Prime Broker hedging.
- Trade Operations: Process/approve executions, handle dealing desk tasks, and investigate post-trade alerts.
- Daily Support: Complete reporting, manage shift handovers, and coordinate between front, middle, and back offices.
What will you be doing?
- Client & Partner Growth: Acquire new clients, follow up on leads, and build relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates.
- Onboarding & Support: Guide clients through account opening and coordinate with internal teams for retention.
- Market Insights & Targets: Conduct competitor research and achieve individual/team sales targets.
What will you be doing?
- Digital & Social Marketing: Assist with campaigns, content creation, and manage Chinese channels (REDNote, WeChat, Weibo).
- Bilingual Content & Events: Create English/Chinese marketing materials and support promotional events.
- Sales & Research Support: Help with client acquisition/onboarding and perform basic competitor analysis.
What will you be doing?
- Plugin Development: Design and maintain C++ plugins for MT servers
- System Integration: Connect trading servers with external liquidity providers and market data feeds. Optimization & Troubleshooting: Implement low-latency execution modules and resolve issues.
- Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, documented code, participate in reviews, and contribute to automated testing.
